Vendor Categories
Farmer/Rancher/Dairy
Farmer products such as: vegetables, fruits, berries, herbs, nuts, flowers, plants, meat, poultry, eggs, and dairy products can be sold at CPFM. These products are seasonal and therefore will not remain consistent throughout the market season! Vendors in this category who resell products that they did not produce themselves will not be accepted.
Locally Produced Food Products
CPFM also encourages applicants that grow or make: locally roasted coffee, cheese, preserves, baked goods, packaged food products, etc. All processed foods must have a label with the product name, ingredients, weight, price, and vendor information. Sampling is encouraged. We will prioritize foods that align with the ethos of this market (local, fresh, seasonal).
On-Site Prepared Foods
On-site prepared foods (food truck, food cart or tent) are welcome. Prepared food businesses must comply and be approved by the Denver County Health Department. All necessary licensing and permits will need to be approved by CPFM prior to your first day at the market. We will prioritize foods that align with the ethos of this market (local, fresh, seasonal).
